On Saturday, November 26, 2016, Engine 312 escorted Santa from the North Pole to Foundry Row for the new shopping center's Inaugural Christmas Tree lighting. Hundreds of kids and adults welcomed Santa to this great family event.
On October 19th, Mission BBQ at Foundry Row hosted a "Charity Night" for OMVFCo. On November 28th at our General Membership Meeting, a representative from Mission BBQ presented OMVFCo with a check in the amount of $1,217. We are very thankful for their generosity.
On Monday, October 24th crews from OMVFCo, Glyndon, and Reisterstown attended the grand opening of Mission BBQ at Foundry Row. On October 19th, Mission BBQ held a charity night. We thank them for their support of OMVFCo.
On Saturday, October 8th at 4:30am, units from OMVFCo and Garrison were alerted for a motor vehicle crash with injuries, in the area of Reisterstown Road and Painters Mills Road. When Utility 318 arrived, they found one vehicle that had left the roadway and struck a guardrail. The patient was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The brand new Mission BBQ in Foundry Row will be hosting a fundraiser charity night for the OMVFCo on October 19th from 6pm-9pm. Space is limited, so you must RSVP to email@example.com. We are very excited for this event and their grand opening a few days later on October 24th.
Earlier today Wegmans opened their newest store, located in Foundry Row in Owings Mills, MD. Thanks to our volunteer members for bringing Truck 313 to the grand opening earlier today.
On August 1st just after 9:30pm, Engine 312 and IV 315 were dispatched to the intersection of Owings Mills Blvd and South Dolfield Road for a motor vehicle collision with a smoking car.. E312 responded, and once on scene the incident was upgraded to a rescue assignment. Four medic units were requested, four patients were transported to the hospital.
Earlier today a local daycare toured the OMVFCo. Thanks to our special visitors and the members that showed them around.
Later today, volunteer crews will hit the streets of Owings Mills in an effort to raise $40,000 from the cancelled Firemen's Carnival. The campaign will run thru June 25th. We ask everyone that lives or works in Owings Mills to make a donation. If you do not see our crews out with their boots in hand, you can make a donation online.
